Generate a list of potential gRNA target sequences using a design tool/approach of your choosing. We currently support the output formats of CHOPCHOP, CRISPR-ERA, and E-CRISP as well as a generic tab-delimited format (columns: Rank, Target Sequence, Chromosome, Position).
